Why Low Carb Recipes?

Welcome to my collection of Low Carb Recipes. A variety of  recipes that I use as part of my low carb lifestyle.  Whether you are low carb to lose weight or it is a lifestyle choice, you will find recipes to suit different tastes. For me, if I need to lose weight I will consume no more than 30 net carbs a day; otherwise I work on around 50 to maintain. This will differ for everyone. There is plenty of information on the internet to help and guide you around low carb diets, my speciality is cooking so I am going to stick to that.

What will I include

There were so many challenges to going low carb. Particularly as I am not a fan of salads. I found food on the go or packed lunch for work the most challenging. With this in mind I will share some of my tips with you.

I will be including some popular everyday dishes, which have been adapted to reduce the carb content without affecting flavours.
